We’re so excited that you’re thinking about visiting the Beamsley Project! Booking with us is simple, and we’re here to make sure your stay is stress-free and tailored to your group.
Step 1: Choose your dates
Decide when you’d like to visit and email us at info@beamsleyproject.org.
Step 2: Check availability
We’ll get back to you quickly to let you know if your dates are free.
Step 3: Chat with us
If you’d like to speak to someone, call Sarah, our General Manager, on 01756 710 255. Our office hours vary, so if we’re not available, leave a message and we’ll call you back. We love helping guests plan their stay!
Step 4: Provisional booking
Once your dates are confirmed, we’ll make a provisional booking and send you a confirmation and booking form. Need a copy by post or in large print? Just let us know. If you’d like, we can even help you complete the paperwork—we’re happy to make things as easy as possible.
Step 5: Deposit & payment
Return your completed form with the appropriate deposit:
Centre only – £100
Sole use of site – £200
Cottage only – £100
We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cheques. Full payment is due 12 weeks before your arrival, giving you plenty of time to relax and look forward to your stay.
Step 6: Minimum stay

Midweek: 4 nights

Weekends: 2 nights
If your group needs a shorter stay, just ask—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Step 7: Check-in & Health & Safety
Check-in is 3pm–4pm, though we can arrange a later time if needed. For groups, we meet at least one leader for a short 20-minute health and safety walk-through, covering fire alarms, equipment, and key site details. This helps ensure everyone enjoys the stay safely and confidently.
Step 8: Camping & tents
If you’re booking the entire site, a small number of tents are welcome. Check the price list for details.
Step 9: Bursary support
Groups who have a disability and are facing financial challenges can apply for a bursary from the Beamsley Project Charitable Trust. Applications must be made using the form no later than two weeks before your final invoice is due. We’re happy to help you complete the form if needed.
Step 10: Why no online booking
We don’t offer online booking because we value direct conversations with our guests. This way, we can make sure your individual needs are fully understood and met, so your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
