Our accessible 19th century cottage is located adjacent to our main centre. Although it is attached to the centre it is also independent from it, with its own front and rear entrances and can be hired separately to the centre or as an annexe for large groups.
Parking is within 10 metres of the property. Wifi is available throughout.
Ground Floor
There is a cosy dining kitchen diner seating up to 4 guests. It is full equipped with adjustable hob and sink, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a full range of cooking utensils and equipment such as blenders and baking equipment. We also work with a number of caterer's who will deliver food to your door. Maybe you want a total break from cooking or just a special treat of afternoon tea.
There is a lounge with TV and DVD and Wifi throughout. The cottage is has laminate floor throughout to ease the use of mobile hoists. From the lounge there is a single wheelchair lift to the 1st floor. Dimentions of the lift can be found here. On the groundfloor there is also a WC with Closomat wash & dry toilet. See for yourself

The Beamsley is surrounded by the beautiful hills of the Yorkshire Dales and beautiful gardens. If you book our group centre or holiday cottage on its own the gardens are shared. If you book the group centre and holiday cottage together you will have sole use of the site including all the gardens.
To the front of the property is a shared patio area with seating and BBQ
To the rear of the property is a large shared garden area with seating, log circle and path walkway perfect for relaxing in the late afternoon sunshine or for the children to run off some energy.
